Banquet Server Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Banquet Server to join our team. As a Banquet Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service during events and functions. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up banquet rooms according to event requirements and Franklin Plaza standards. Greet guests upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements. Serve food in accordance with event specifics and guest preferences. Clear tables efficiently and maintain a clean dining area throughout the event. Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure their satisfaction. Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Assist with post-event clean-up and ensure the venue is restored to its original condition.

Requirements:

Prior experience as a Banquet Server or in a similar role preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy trays during entire shift.
