Food Server:

Reports to Supervisor before shift to obtain assigned station and reviews BEO. Ensures that stations are clean, orderly and stocked with the specified condiments and promotional material. Ensures that tables are set properly according to BEO. Always /completes side duties, including, but not limited to, stocking condiments, folding napkins, polishing glasses, etc... Maintains complete knowledge of all menu and beverage items, being served at that function and the method of preparation. Ensures that all guest choice of entrees is correct before service.
