Responsibilities:

Be a positive ambassador for the restaurant. Apply customer service and food safety knowledge to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Answer customer questions and resolve issues in a friendly and timely manner. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Have an understanding of the menu or product line, so that guests can be served appropriately and can have questions answered. Promote products or services with managers or other team members.
