They are the connection between our kitchen and our guests, ensuring every plate arrives as our chefs intended and every guest feels cared for from the first bite to the last. As part of our opening team, you'll help establish the standards, teamwork, and guest experience that define D'Oro from day one.

Expectations:

Delivering food quickly, accurately, and with confidence Presenting dishes professionally and identifying menu items as they are served Verifying every plate for accuracy, presentation, and quality before leaving the kitchen Working closely with chefs, expos, servers, and managers to ensure seamless communication Monitoring the dining room and assisting guests whenever appropriate Supporting servers by anticipating needs and providing timely assistance throughout service Maintaining cleanliness and organization in service stations and expo areas Assisting with opening, closing, and side work responsibilities Fast, organized, and detail-oriented Confident communicating with both guests and teammates Calm and composed in a high-volume environment

Requirements:
