Waitress/Server

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
• Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or requests
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
• Assist with food preparation and plating when needed
• Clear and clean tables, ensuring a tidy dining area
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow

Experience:

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures is a plus
• Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques is beneficial
• Strong guest service skills and the ability to handle guest relations effectively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to sanitate work areas and maintain cleanliness standards
