Take accurate food and beverage orders, entering them into the POS system efficiently.Service Delivery:
Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring each dish is presented perfectly.Guest Satisfaction:
Monitor guest satisfaction, addressing any concerns or requests promptly and professionally.Checkout Process:
Prepare and deliver checks, process payments, and ensure excellent customer service during checkout.Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless and timely service.Work Station Maintenance:
Keep your work station and dining area clean and organized.Health and Safety:
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and practices. Requirements Previous experience as a server in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred. Excellent knowledge of food and beverage items, including beer, wine, and cocktails. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. A valid food handlers permit is preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age. Benefits Competitive hourly wages plus tips.
