Job Description
Position Overview The Food Running Team supports and works with the Outlets Team to provide an exceptional experience for all guests. This role assists with food delivery, clearing, and maintaining service areas including replenishing supplies and supporting food and beverage operations across the outlets. Essential Functions and Responsibilities

- Takes initiative and delivers a wide range of services to make sure food and beverage operations run smoothly.
- Setting tables for new customers.
- Assisting the kitchen with orders and processes.
- Stocking and replenishing to-go supplies for all outlets as needed.
- Cleaning work areas and replenishing supplies as needed.
- Performing daily floor sweeps to remove dishes, glassware, and service items from all floors and returns them to the appropriate outlet or dish area.
- Provides the support that make transactions feel like part of the experience.
- Creating a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, and upholding quality standards.
- Ensuring your uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional.
- Assists with managing the menu (read and visually verifying information) taking a hands-on approach to work.

Required Education and Experience At least 2 years of related experience required. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to work independently (and in a team). Work Conditions & Physical Demands
- Work is performed indoors and outdoors in a commercial setting with regular exposure to cold, heat, noise, people, and equipment.
- Able to work independently or as a team member and support managers with special projects.
- Strong collaboration skills - works well across functional areas—excellent relationship-building skills; able to collaborate with various levels of the organization.
