This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized during busy service periods. Key Responsibilities Greet guests promptly, present menus, and answer questions about items, preparation, and ingredients Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system Communicate dietary restrictions and allergy information to the kitchen Deliver orders in a timely manner and check back with guests throughout the meal Maintain clean, properly set tables and assist with side work (rolling silverware, stocking stations, restocking condiments) Process payments accurately and handle cash and card transactions Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations Support teammates during peak periods and assist with opening/closing duties
