We're looking for a Server / Cashier to join our Cleveland team. This is a hands-on, customer-facing job for someone who enjoys talking to people, doesn't mind a fast pace and can keep their cool when there's suddenly a line at the counter. No two shifts are exactly the same, which is part of the appeal. A bit of everything. You'll take customer orders, run the register, serve food and drinks, answer questions about the menu and make sure customers leave having had a good experience. During quieter periods, everyone helps out. That could mean restocking the counter, wiping down tables, preparing the service area or getting things ready for the next rush. You'll fit in well if you're: Friendly and comfortable speaking to customers Quick on your feet when things get busy Reliable with your shifts Happy working as part of a team Comfortable handling cash and card payments Willing to jump in and help rather than waiting to be asked Previous experience as a Server, Cashier, Restaurant Team Member, Crew Member or Food Service Associate is useful, but it isn't essential.
