Job Summary We are seeking a Takeout/Server to join our vibrant hospitality team! We need someone who can serve from 4-8pm Mondays and Tuesdays as well as do Takeout Fridays 4-8pm and Saturday from 11-8pm. In this role, you will be the friendly face and efficient coordinator for our takeout service, ensuring guests receive prompt, accurate, and welcoming service. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help create a seamless dining experience for our guests, whether they're ordering for pickup or dining in. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your customer service talents while supporting the smooth operation of our restaurant. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, answer phone inquiries with professionalism, and take accurate food orders with clear communication. Process takeout orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely preparation. Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions about menu items, specials, and dietary restrictions. Maintain organized workstations, monitor table status, and assist with seating to optimize restaurant flow. Follow food safety standards and uphold hospitality best practices to ensure guest satisfaction and safety. Collaborate with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to deliver a smooth dining experience from order placement to pickup or service completion. Qualifications Previous experience in restaurant hosting, serving, or food service roles is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to handle phone etiquette professionally. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tables, reservations, and takeout orders simultaneously. Basic math skills for handling bills, payments, and change accurately.
