Burgers 2 Beer is seeking experienced bartenders or servers to join our rapidly growing organization. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine and beer, and will also be responsible for making simple food items to order. Candidates with previous restaurant experience are preferred as are those with a proven track record in customer service. We're interested in hiring someone who is creative, talented and motivated to join our company and become part of an award-winning team.

Responsibilities:

Understand customer preferences and respond appropriately. Manage customer expectations and suggest alternate beverages or desserts if necessary. Identify potential problems and use diplomacy when addressing them. Advise customers of excessive consumption and other unhealthy behavior. Train to be a mixologist. Communicate well with fellow restaurant staff. Have great memory for customer favorites and order preferences.
