Summary We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team at Firepit Grille. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service while ensuring that guests enjoy their dining experience. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner. Take accurate food and drink orders using the Aloha POS system. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction. Provide recommendations on menu items based on guest preferences. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations. Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for events or special occasions. Requirements Previous experience as a server or in the restaurant industry is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems is a plus. Reliable, dependable, no call offs.
