Job Summary We're looking for an energetic and friendly Server to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be the face of our restaurant, delivering top-notch service to ensure our guests have an unforgettable experience. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with a friendly attitude. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS. Provide detailed menu descriptions and upsell specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation. Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in throughout their meal and addressing any needs or concerns promptly. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations. Assist with food safety practices, sanitation, and food handling procedures to maintain a clean environment. Experience Previous serving or food service experience preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Experience with OpenTable or similar reservation platforms is advantageous. Strong knowledge of food industry standards including food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse customer needs. Ability to manage time efficiently in a busy restaurant environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in upselling beverages or menu items to maximize sales opportunities.
