- 47/hr Average | Performance-Based Shifts | May-September + open all year Red's
- Marblehead, OH Red's is hiring experienced servers for our busy summer season. This role is for servers who stay organized, move with purpose, and perform when the floor is full and the pace is fast. This is not a slow, casual service job. This is a high-volume restaurant where strong servers earn strong money. Earnings That Match the Pace Average server earnings: $32+/hr Top servers earned $40
- 47/hr during peak shifts Consistent volume from May through September Strong check averages and fast table turns We don't overstaff—top performers get the best sections and shifts The Floor Environment You'll work a fast-paced, high-volume dining room serving locals, summer traffic, and repeat guests.
