Restaurant Server - The Copper Mug Bar & Grille at Landoll's Mohican Castle Be the Key to Our Success! Join the front-of-house team at Landoll's Mohican Castle's Copper Mug Bar & Grille. We're looking for energetic, guest-obsessed Servers who deliver exceptional hospitality in a beautiful setting. Upscale-casual fine dining in a warm, welcoming environment. Position Summary As a Restaurant Server, you are the face of The Copper Mug. You will provide outstanding service to every guest, master suggestive selling, and ensure every visitor leaves happy and eager to return. With our higher-priced menu, you'll enjoy strong earning potential through excellent tips. Schedule & Availability Open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner Must be available for early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays Full-time and part-time positions available Closed Christmas Day Key Responsibilities Deliver warm, knowledgeable, and attentive service to guests throughout their entire dining experience Master the menu and actively suggestive sell to maximize guest satisfaction and check averages Take orders, serve food and beverages, and make drinks as needed Clear and reset tables efficiently for the next guests Maintain a clean work environment, complete daily side work, and keep server stations organized Work collaboratively with the team to uphold high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the dining room, server stations, and kitchen areas Handle guest requests and concerns with a positive, solution-focused attitude Stand for long periods, lift up to 20 lbs, and move quickly during busy service Pitch in wherever needed to support the team and ensure smooth operations Minimum Qualifications Previous restaurant serving experience preferred (fine dining or upscale-casual a plus) Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for hospitality Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and professional appearance Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs Food Handler's or ServSafe certification a plus (training can be provided) What We Offer Higher earning potential - Our premium menu pricing typically results in strong tips. Server's average $20-$60 a hour.
