Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food service and hospitality, demonstrating excellent customer service skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests receive top-notch service while enjoying their meals. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials. Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems. Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner, ensuring guest satisfaction. Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance the dining experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and issuing change. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe dining environment. Provide exceptional guest services, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or fine dining environment preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is advantageous. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations is essential. Culinary experience or kitchen experience is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
