Join Our Team! Heritage Senior Living of Marysville is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and customer-focused Resident Server to join our dining services team. If you enjoy working with seniors and providing exceptional customer service in a family-oriented environment, we would love to meet you! Position Summary The Resident Server is responsible for providing friendly and efficient meal service to residents while creating a welcoming dining experience. This position plays an important role in ensuring residents receive meals accurately, safely, and with outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Greet residents with a friendly, positive attitude. Take meal orders and accurately serve food and beverages. Assist residents with meal selections as needed. Ensure meals are served according to dietary restrictions and special requests. Set up and clean dining rooms before and after meals. Bus tables and maintain a clean, organized dining area. Refill beverages and respond promptly to resident requests. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines. Work as a team with kitchen staff and caregivers to provide excellent resident service. Assist with light cleaning and other dining services duties as assigned. Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills. Friendly, patient, and respectful attitude toward older adults. Ability to work well in a team environment. Dependable with good attendance. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. Previous restaurant, hospitality, or senior living experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate.
