Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our dynamic team. Previous experience in hospitality is a plus but not mandatory, as training will be provided. Duties Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns Handle transactions accurately using the POS system and process payments Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours Uphold health and safety standards in accordance with company policies Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Friendly, approachable demeanor with a professional attitude Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining quality service Prior experience in food service or hospitality is advantageous but not required Basic knowledge of food safety standards is a plus This position offers an opportunity to develop valuable customer service skills within a supportive team environment.
