Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies, dishes, and equipment using safe lifting practices. Support food preparation and handling activities in the kitchen to uphold hygiene standards and streamline service. Use POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS to process guest orders accurately when needed. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure guest needs are met swiftly and courteously, providing excellent in-person customer service. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential. Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling, and basic food preparation techniques. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks efficiently during busy service periods. Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Experience with banquet service or large event settings is advantageous but not mandatory.
