Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and special dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Process all transactions efficiently, including cash handling, credit card payments, and sales transaction processing Serve food and beverages responsibly, maintaining proper drink service techniques for wine, spirits, cocktails, and non-alcoholic options Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations; bus tables and reset dining areas as needed Assist with food preparation or kitchen support during busy periods when necessary Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions about menu items like food ingredients or wine pairings and resolving any concerns promptly Experience Previous food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Experience in fine dining or nightclub settings enhances your ability to deliver exceptional service Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail mixing, and beverage service techniques is desirable Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently while maintaining high-quality service Background in hospitality or customer service roles that involve guest relations and food handling Ability to process cash transactions accurately and manage sales efficiently Experience with openTable reservations system or similar booking platforms is advantageous Join us if you're passionate about delivering top-tier guest experiences with enthusiasm!
