In this role, you will provide exceptional service during special events, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. This position offers flexible scheduling, perfect for those passionate about the food industry and guest relations, eager to contribute to a vibrant hospitality environment. Your energy and attention to detail will help elevate our event services, making each occasion extraordinary. Duties Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to foster a welcoming atmosphere Serve food and beverages efficiently, including wine and specialty drinks, maintaining high standards of presentation and service Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including table settings and buffet arrangements Buss tables promptly, ensuring cleanliness and organization throughout the event Handle food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures during service Use POS systems accurately for order processing and billing purposes Support catering operations by assisting with food preparation, replenishing supplies, and maintaining cleanliness in service areas Requirements Prior experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is preferred, especially with banquet or fine dining settings Strong guest services skills with a focus on guest relations and customer satisfaction Knowledge of food handling, serving techniques, and food safety standards Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining professionalism Experience with wine knowledge, catering setups, and POS systems is a plus Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role Previous hotel or restaurant experience is advantageous; culinary or coffee experience is a bonus Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences through energetic service and meticulous attention to detail.
