Part-Time with Opportunity for Full-Time Join Our Team! TK's Diner is looking for a friendly, dependable, and hardworking Waitress/Server to join our team! We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, provides great customer service, and works well in a team environment. This position will begin as part-time with the opportunity to become full-time based on business needs, performance, reliability, and scheduling availability. Responsibilities Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately. Serve meals and beverages promptly and professionally. Check on customers throughout their meal and respond to requests. Communicate orders and special requests clearly with kitchen staff. Handle cash and customer payments accurately. Clear, clean, and reset tables. Keep dining and service areas clean, organized, and stocked. Follow food-safety, sanitation, and handwashing procedures. Assist coworkers and other areas of the diner when needed. Follow TK's Diner policies and workplace-safety procedures. Provide friendly and professional customer service throughout each shift. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to safely carry food, beverages, dishes, and trays. Willingness to maintain a clean and organized work area. Slip-resistant shoes are required.
