Duties Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, offering personalized recommendations based on their preferences Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, ensuring timely processing of sales transactions Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including processing payments via POS systems Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a memorable dining experience Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or high-volume settings Strong knowledge of POS systems for order entry and sales processing Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items including cocktails, spirits, wines, and specialty beverages Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently Culinary experience or food preparation knowledge is a plus, along with beverage service expertise including spirits and wine knowledge Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Food safety certification or sanitation training preferred but not required Join us to be part of a lively team where your hospitality talents can shine!
