Server | The Forge | Put-in-Bay, Ohio 🍽️🏝️ We're hiring servers for our seasonal team at The Forge, a high-volume, experience-driven restaurant on South Bass Island 🌊 Our guests come for more than food, they come for the atmosphere, the energy, and the experience. You're a big part of that ✨ This is a fast-paced environment where you'll be expected to stay sharp, move with urgency, and handle volume without losing your composure ⚡️ In return, you'll be part of a tight, hardworking team and spend your summer somewhere most people only get to visit ☀️ What You'll Be Doing 🍽️ Managing multiple tables in a high-volume setting Delivering attentive, efficient, and personable service Communicating clearly with kitchen and bar staff 🗣️ Staying organized and composed during busy shifts Supporting the team wherever needed (hosting, running, resetting) 🔄 Creating a guest experience people actually remember ✨ What We're Looking For 👀 Serving experience in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic and sense of urgency 💪 Ability to stay calm under pressure Team-first mindset, no egos 🤝 Reliable, consistent, and accountable If you need constant direction or struggle when things get busy, this will be a tough environment ⚠️ Housing & Perks 🏝️ On-island shared housing available (~$75/week) Walking distance to work 🚶‍♂️ Spend the summer living and working on an island 🌊 Season 📅 Late April through November
