We are looking for dedicated Seasonal Line Cooks to power our kitchen for the 2026 summer season on Put-in-Bay! If you thrive under pressure and want to maximize your culinary experience and earnings this summer, this opportunity is for you! As a Line Cook, you will:

Own Your Station:

Expertly and quickly prepare dishes according to recipes and plating standards, maintaining consistency under high-volume demand.

Maintain Flow:

Work efficiently with the Expeditor and other cooks to ensure timely ticket times and smooth service.

Uphold Standards:

Practice strict adherence to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols.

Prep and Stock:

Assist with daily prep work, stocking your station, and managing inventory to ensure readiness for all rushes.

Teamwork:

Communicate effectively with the entire kitchen crew to execute hundreds of covers daily.

Essential Qualifications Experience:

Minimum of two years of experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced or high-volume restaurant is required.

Reliability:

Must be committed to working the entire season (May-October), including evenings, weekends, and all major holidays. Reliability is non-negotiable.

Stamina:

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Must handle the physical demands and heat of a busy commercial kitchen.
