Job Description We are seeking friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent dining experiences by delivering prompt, courteous service and ensuring guest satisfaction from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Greet guests in a warm and professional manner Present menus, answer questions, and make food and beverage recommendations Accurately take and enter orders into the POS system Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Work collaboratively with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service Basic Qualifications Prior Hibachi or Restaurant customer service experience preferred (but not required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Basic math and money-handling skills Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Qualifications Experience with POS systems Knowledge of food safety practices Upselling or hospitality experience What We Offer Competitive hourly pay + tips Flexible scheduling Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive team environment
