Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and friendly guest relations throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards, upselling menu items to enhance the guest experience Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately at the end of each shift Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating arrangements efficiently Ensure food safety protocols are followed during food handling, serving, and cleaning processes Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs or upscale restaurants Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is a plus Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that creates a welcoming atmosphere Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while multitasking between serving, bussing, and assisting team members Culinary experience or kitchen background is advantageous for understanding food preparation and presentation standards Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and order calculations Experience in upselling techniques to increase sales and enhance guest satisfaction Previous host/hostess or serving experience preferred; hospitality background highly valued Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service in a lively environment.
