You will be helping to create exceptional experiences for our customers during their visit by serving the tables in your section, taking dine-in and to-go orders, delivering beverages in a timely fashion, managing your running side work, and resolving customer issues. We are looking for someone who is passionate about service and loves to share that passion by going above and beyond for customers. A natural-people-person with an eye for the details. Responsibilities:

Welcome guests, seat them, and present menus Accurately take food and beverage orders, making suggestions and answering questions Deliver food and drinks to guests' tables promptly and correctly Regularly check on guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns Remove used plates, clean tables, and prepare for the next guests Deliver checks, process payments, and handle tips Provide friendly and efficient service, contributing to a positive dining experience Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace Help with bussing tables, restocking stations, and other duties as needed

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a server Ability to memorize all the ingredients in both the menu as well as daily/weekly specials General knowledge of wine, cocktails, and beer Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time Ability to effectively listen to and respond to customer needs Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor Ability to multitask efficiently
