Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Server to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our cafe, delivering outstanding guest experiences through attentive service, efficient order management, and expert beverage and food knowledge. Your enthusiasm and hospitality will help create memorable visits for every guest. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods Upsell menu items including wine, spirits, cocktails, and specialty drinks to enhance guest satisfaction and sales Serve and preparer food and beverages promptly while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Demonstrate extensive knowledge of menu items, wine pairings, spirits, and beverage options to educate guests and enhance their experience Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse situations with professionalism Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures Experience in customer service Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail in order processing and guest interactions Join us at The Mocha House where your passion for hospitality meets a lively atmosphere! Pay:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 per week
