Duties Greet guests warmly and seat them promptly, providing attentive and friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems, process payments, and give correct change Maintain sanitation standards by adhering to food safety regulations, proper food handling procedures, and cleanliness protocols Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs or upscale restaurants Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations management Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that fosters guest loyalty Ability to multitask effectively while managing time efficiently during busy shifts Culinary experience or understanding of food preparation enhances service quality and guest interactions Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and accurate order processing Experience with bussing tables, hosting/hostess duties, or supporting kitchen operations is a plus Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences in a lively environment!
