Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that every customer leaves satisfied. This position requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Toast POS system. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards. Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions guests may have. Handle POS transactions efficiently and accurately. Monitor tables to ensure guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including resetting tables for the next guests. Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines at all times. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Experience in food service or hospitality preferred, with knowledge of food handling practices. Basic math skills for handling cash register transactions and making change accurately. Familiarity with retail math is a plus for managing inventory or sales reports. Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks. Knowledge of food safety regulations to ensure compliance during service.
