The Ideal Candidate Will:

Be a presence on the dining room floor , attentive and engaged. Commit to sustained excellence in service and product quality. Embrace continuous improvement in efficiency, service, and offerings. Foster and maintain strong relationships with Members and fellow staff, positively distinguishing Lakewood from other clubs.
Responsibilities:
Arrive promptly in proper, well-maintained uniform for scheduled shifts. Perform opening and closing side work as assigned. Greet Members and Guests in a warm, sincere, and professional manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver service promptly. Operate the POS system to process dining orders. Maintain clean and organized work areas, following safety and sanitation standards. Assist with bussing and resetting tables as needed. Collaborate with co-workers and management with a team-first mindset . Ensure compliance with all club policies and standards.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand for long periods, and lift as needed. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and select holidays.
Compensation & Benefits:
