Job Description
Lake County's Premier Country Club is looking for outgoing & energetic professionals to join our team. Whether you are looking for Full Time, Part Time, or Seasonal employment we have a spot for you and together we can continually improve the Kirtland Experience. Though experience is a plus, those new to the Service Industry are encouraged to apply.
Position:
Server/Bartender Primary Objectives:
An integral part of the service staff, our Servers are responsible for providing genuine food & beverage services to our Members and their families while creating positive memorable experiences and adhering to established standard operating procedures.Pay:
Starting at $15/hour based on experience.Gratuity:
The Club has a non-tipping policy. Though tipping does occur, it should always be appreciated but never expected.Shifts:

10:00am - 2:30pmDinner:
4:30pm - 10:00pmOther Opportunities:
While the position insinuates the Dining Room, the Club believes in cross training to best serve our Members and Employees. Staff can expect variety in their day-to-day with shifts being scheduled in:- Banquets
- Golf Outings
- Bartending (for those of age)
