Job Description Julia's 1902 (julias1902.com) is a fine restaurant, located in a restored 20,000 square foot country estate a few blocks from downtown Willoughby, Ohio. We opened in April of 2024 and continue to seek long term servers. The Restaurant is non-tipping and staff are paid a living wage with benefits. We are hiring and training in order to provide world-class hospitality. We are looking for responsible, honest, caring, team members who can learn and grow together. We will consider full or part-time availability and are especially looking for leadership potential. Team members will sometimes have multiple responsibilities. These might include serving, hosting, Inn leadership, events management, and more. Skills Experience in the food industry, preferably in fine dining (minimum 1-2 years) Strong sales and customer service skills Familiarity with food preparation and kitchen operations Excellent guest relations and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy trays Strong teamwork and collaboration skills Knowledge of cash handling and basic accounting Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
