Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash and credit card payments with precision Upsell menu items, including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, utensils, and service stations in compliance with health regulations Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Experience with cocktail making, wine knowledge, spirits handling, and beverage service is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and handle guest relations professionally Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Nightclub or fine dining experience is beneficial but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential Join us if you're passionate about creating memorable dining experiences!
