Whether working in a fine dining setting or a bustling nightclub environment, your enthusiasm and professionalism will shine through every interaction. Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of menu items to enhance their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales while maintaining genuine guest engagement Serve food and drinks efficiently, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation protocols Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to support smooth operations Utilize reservation systems like OpenTable to manage seating arrangements and optimize guest flow Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms for order processing and cashiering Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations Ability to manage time effectively in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and accurate billing procedures Previous host/host experience or serving roles is highly desirable Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional service in a vibrant setting!
