We are seeking friendly, energetic, and customer-focused servers to join our team. This position is responsible for providing excellent guest service by greeting customers, taking food and beverage orders, delivering meals accurately, and ensuring a positive dining experience from start to finish. Open availability is preferred but not required. Some holiday scheduling may be necessary. Must have previous serving experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Welcome guests promptly and create a friendly dining experience. Present menus, answer questions, and make food and beverage recommendations. Accurately take and enter guest orders into the POS system. Deliver food and beverages efficiently and ensure order accuracy. Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns professionally. Process payments and handle cash, credit card, and gift card transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and tables. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines. Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned. Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
