Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and sales Process cash and card transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in sales transactions and receipts Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and food handling Assist with food preparation, beverage mixing, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations Qualifications Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and handling cash transactions Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience with fine dining or upscale restaurant environments is advantageous OpenTable reservation system experience is beneficial but not required Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels memorable moments!
