Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team at our lounge during our Brunch hours of 10am-3pm Wednesday- Sunday. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a keen ability to create memorable dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patrons receive high-quality service while enjoying their meals. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the Aloha or Micros POS systems. Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials, and assist guests with selections to enhance their dining experience through effective upselling techniques. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and assisting with sanitation practices. Process payments accurately, handling cash and credit transactions with attention to detail. Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines, ensuring compliance with health standards. Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles is preferred, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha, Micros, or OpenTable is highly desirable. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately. Knowledge of food handling, preparation, safety, and sanitation practices is essential. Culinary experience or kitchen knowledge is a plus but not required.
