Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food and drinks promptly, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food handling, beverage service areas, and dining spaces Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations Manage guest inquiries professionally, resolve issues promptly, and foster positive guest relations Follow all food safety protocols and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment Support opening or closing duties including setup, breakdown, and inventory checks Experience Previous food service experience in restaurants or hospitality environments is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Experience with fine dining service or nightclub environments is advantageous Knowledge of wine types, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service standards Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing tabs Culinary experience or food industry background is beneficial but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key Join us if you're energetic, detail-oriented, passionate about hospitality, and eager to create memorable experiences for every guest!
