As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. We are looking for someone to work weekend dinner shifts. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems. Provide detailed menu descriptions and make recommendations to enhance the dining experience, including upselling specials. Serve food and beverages efficiently while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as needed. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests. Assist with hosting duties. Requirements. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant's operating hours. Will be required to have beer and wine servers license and food handlers license within two weeks of start date
