The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food and beverage offerings. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcomed. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Toast POS or Aloha POS or Micros POS systems. Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and upselling opportunities. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, adhering to food safety guidelines. Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for new guests as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles is preferred, with fine dining experience being a plus. Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar systems is advantageous. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and guest requests. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately. Knowledge of food handling practices, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations. Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation is beneficial. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in guest relations and hospitality is highly valued.
