Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with the kitchen and bar staff Serve food and beverages efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience while increasing sales opportunities Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments via POS systems like OpenTable or similar platforms Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, particularly in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations and order management Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing time efficiently Culinary experience or familiarity with food preparation and handling is a plus Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices to ensure safe food handling Experience with serving in high-volume venues or hospitality settings is preferred Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and order calculations Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences!
