Servers are expected to:

Learn the menu, take customer orders, turn in orders, refill drinks and table items. Customer service is number one priority! Inform customers about daily specials. Check in with customers and take additional orders or refill beverage. Inform restaurant staff about customers feedback or requests.

Bartenders are expected to:

Learn the menu, take customer orders, turn in orders, refill drinks, create bar cocktails, pour draft beer, close the bar at the end of the night. We offer insurance for all employees who work over 30 hours, we pay for half and you cover the other half. There is an extra bonus for all FOH employees every paycheck based on evaluations.
