Server Job Description Position:

Server Job Summary We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and hardworking Server to join our restaurant team. The Server is responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders accurately, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience. Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Explain menu items, specials, and ingredients to guests.
• Enter orders into the POS system correctly.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
• Check on guests regularly and respond to their needs.
• Handle customer questions, requests, and complaints professionally.
• Maintain clean and organized tables and dining areas.
• Set and clear tables as needed.
• Process payments and handle cash or credit card transactions accurately.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen, host, cashier, and management staff.
• Follow restaurant health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Follow all restaurant policies and procedures.
• Assist with side work, cleaning, and other duties as assigned. Qualifications
• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred.
• Friendly and positive attitude.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when needed. Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of restaurant service procedures.
• Familiarity with POS systems.
• Ability to communicate in English with customers and coworkers.
• Knowledge of food allergies and basic food safety.
• Strong attention to detail. Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to carry food trays and plates.
• Ability to lift and carry items up to approximately 25-30 lbs.
• Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods.

Pay:

Up to $2.13 per hour
