Join our team at Mennonite Village as a Server, where you can make a difference in the lives of our residents every day. This entry-level position is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy being part of a team, talking with older adults, and providing outstanding service. Your role will be crucial in creating a warm and welcoming dining experience for our residents. With starting pay ranging from $16.00 - $20.50 per hour (depending on experience), available benefits such as Paid Time Off, meal discounts for employees, educations scholarships, and 24/7 on-site fitness center, this is not an opportunity you want to pass on! Assist in the preparation of food in accordance with policies, procedures, and all food safety regulations Take and deliver meal orders accurately Assist in checking special diets before meal distribution Prepare and deliver snacks as required.
