Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests feel welcomed and satisfied throughout their visit. Duties Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options. Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff using the POS system. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring all items are prepared according to food safety standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Process payments using cash registers, ensuring accurate transactions. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Experience Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, particularly in fine dining settings. Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing is essential. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is required. Culinary skills or experience with food preparation are advantageous. Strong guest service skills with an ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for patrons. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are essential for success in this role.
