We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Server to join our team at CoHo Services at Ashland Hills Hotel & Suites in Ashland, Oregon. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional dining experiences that align with our commitment to hospitality. Your contributions will directly impact guest satisfaction and the overall success of our operations. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service to enhance the dining experience. Take orders accurately and efficiently using Aloha or Micros POS systems. Upsell menu items and promote specials to maximize sales. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area. Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and dietary restrictions. Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environment. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is highly desirable. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills. Basic math skills for handling transactions. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is preferred. Upselling experience is a plus.
