Job Description
Syndicate Wine Bar and Restaurant is currently hiring for a part time Front of House position. We are looking for someone with restaurant experience, with an added love and passion for the wine industry and hospitality. Due to our expansive wine library, this position will require moderate to advanced wine knowledge and bartending skills, as we are a full spirits bar..
Must be willing to work 3 floor shifts per week consistently.
Must be a constant student of the industry, or thrive off learning about wine and wine-related culture.
Must be able to consistently lift 55 pounds (cases of wine) onto shelves.
Since we are a small company, the ideal candidate must be willing to pitch in where needed, self-manage, and be committed to helping build a small company with a team from a variety of backgrounds.
Provide professional customer service, and be personable and approachableMust have strong conflict management skillsMust have a current OLCC Servers Permit and a Oregon Food Handlers card.
Must have proven industry experience with referencesCurrent background check will be required.
