Walt's Pourhouse - Coos Bay, OR Job Summary Walt's Pourhouse is looking for friendly, dependable, and motivated Servers to join our team. We are looking for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, take pride in providing excellent customer service, and work well as part of a team. Our servers are responsible for creating a welcoming experience for every guest while accurately taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and following established procedures. We value teamwork, accountability, professionalism, and a positive attitude. Responsibilities Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service. Take food and beverage orders accurately. Enter orders into the POS system. Deliver food and drinks promptly while ensuring order accuracy. Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests quickly. Process cash and credit card transactions accurately. Complete all opening, side work, and closing duties. Maintain a clean and organized dining room, server stations, and beverage areas. Follow food safety and alcohol service regulations. Communicate effectively with bartenders, kitchen staff, and management. Follow all company policies, procedures, and service standards. Assist teammates whenever needed to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications Previous serving experience preferred but not required. Oregon Food Handler Card (or ability to obtain). OLCC Service Permit (or ability to obtain). Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Dependable with strong attendance.
